Staff were professional and always ready to assist, which was much appreciated. the check-in wait was excessive, and the location might not suit those averse to walking along busy streets. Complimentary water in the room was a nice touch, though it required daily requests.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and a 24-hour reception. The staff's help with local delivery during my first stay was memorable. I highly recommend it! Coming back for Xmas.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

The staff went out of their way to make our daughter feel special, even giving her a little spa pack when we arrived. The room was not only clean but spacious, and we were greeted with a lovely birthday cake, which made the celebration that much sweeter for our little one.

The location next to the A.O. Arena was perfect for attending the concert. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and was definitely a highlight of my stay.

Had a pretty nice stay! My room was clean and cozy. The staff were super chill, helped me with check-in, no fuss. Breakfast was cool, appreciated the almond milk without needing to ask. Only thing? The air con in my room was a bit off but I managed. I'm happy with the choice!
